1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eranova platform at eranova.it.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use Eranova, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable law
• Register with accurate and truthful information

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Create only one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Earning NovaCoins

NovaCoins are the reward currency of the Eranova platform. You can earn NovaCoins by:

• Completing approved tasks and offers
• Participating in the referral program
• Any other earning methods we introduce

Important: The exchange rate is 1,000 NovaCoins = $1.00 USD. This rate may be subject to change with prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks or earn NovaCoins
• Create multiple accounts (ban + forfeiture of all earnings)
• Use VPNs or proxies to manipulate your location or bypass restrictions
• Attempt to manipulate the referral system fraudulently
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform
• Provide false information when creating an account or requesting withdrawals

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated NovaCoins.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of NovaCoins is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: 100 NC for Binance, FaucetPay, and Trust Wallet — 1,000 NC for PayPal
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours by our admin team
• You must provide accurate payment details — we are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals suspected of fraud
• NovaCoins have no cash value outside the Eranova platform

7. Referral Program

You may refer others to Eranova using your unique referral link. You earn a bonus when a referred user successfully registers and completes qualifying activity. Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and account suspension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all accumulated NovaCoins may be forfeited if the termination is due to rule violations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Eranova platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eranova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through binding arbitration.
